Let me know the whole sentence about 後から出す as this can be read as both!
For ushiro generally we write 後ろ, but occasionally ろ can be deleted as an informal way for some reasons such as the limit of letters.
And for 眉毛のつけ根, it sounds too weird as pushing root of every single eyebrow can't be done!
I guess it meant to say pushing between two eyebrows?
It's fine for us girls(?) to try to become more beautiful♥
