Watching Schedule
Finally, our watching schedule! The scheduled days we'll be discussing the episodes we watched will be Sunday and Wednesday. It doesn't matter when you watch the show, just as long as you can participate in discussion on the day on which it's assigned.
For now I will probably be posting the discussion earlier in the day for our members not in North America. At some point this will probably change because I won't be home during the day. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.
You'll notice that the schedule is kind of screwy in July. With all the Harry Potter hullaballoo, we need days off. So I gave them to us. If you don't read Harry Potter, sorry. If you do, I gave us time off for the movie and the book, plus the Fourth of July off for all the Americans. We also have off on Halloween, which happens to fall on a Wednesday this year.
The schedule runs all the way through January. Since we have no idea when Lost comes back, I can't make it any more exact than that. If the Season 4 premiere happens to fall at the end of February (please god NO), I'll rearrange this to get us through February too.
There are a few days where we're going to have to watch 2 episodes in a row. Hopefully that isn't a problem for anyone.
The way it will work is much like read_hp. On the day the episode is assigned, I'll make a post with the episode title and a little summary. Then we can basically just talk about it, the way we all talk about Lost right after it airs. It's all in good fun, and most of you guys came here via my f-list, so you know the deal.
Okay. I'm done for now. I'll be posting reminders to watch episodes throughout each week. However, I am the only person with posting access, so this community will not be flooding your f-list or anything.

**Note that I totally left "Stranger in a Strange Land" off the schedule. That was the worst frakking episode of Lost ever, and I'm not wasting my time with it ever again, EVER. lol it's not worth the pain to watch it again.
ETA: I do realize that we will start watching S3 before the S3 DVDs actually come out on 12/18. Until we are able to actually buy the DVDs, we'll have ways of watching, don't worry.
