Awesome! Pink Floyd! I definitely can't wait to read more of this! I really dig the premise since I'm not much of a slasher myself (despite that you could see the subtext from miles away haha) but still curious to know what might have happened during those years. Hehe, I can totally see Sylar disrupting the silence by eating popcorn. Anyway, I'm totes looking forward to the next installment :D

Ha! Thanks. Yeah, it kinda seems like one of the writers got stoned, listen to Floyd, and wrote this episode.
And, yes, the subtext that was rapidly becomming text. Like you, I'm not a slasher, but I was yelling at the screen "OH COME ON! I CAN'T IGNORE THIS." lol!

Thanks for the encouragement! I've definitely got at least a couple more ideas kicking around for some short installments like this. It's fun, just writing and posting, not obsessing, so I appreciate the comment!

Without turning back to the killer behind him, he said “This is probably the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a movie, and this is the thing YOU GET OFF ON. What, did you watch the movie a hundred times? Ever notice you channel Lecter a lot of the time? And, oh fantastic, they’re eating his brain.”

I LOLed so hard.

I just . . . love this . . . so much. Hannibal, both the book and the movie, is a huge guilty pleasure of mine. And, yes, I've made the connection before, too, lol. So this was perfect, and Sylar's mortification when he realized what Peter was about to witness was priceless.

I’m not sure how this nightmare works, but I don’t want to risk dying in your mind because I’ve beat you to death.”" *laughs hysterically* That line is utter perfection and that you for the Lector parallel and working Sylaire into it. I knew Peter would want to kill him for that...I also didn't fully realize the Lector Sylar parallel ran that deep. This was good.
