Okay.. so yesterday I'm laying on the couch watching television... And my mom was walking around the house, and looked out the front window.. Then she suddenly yelled, "Hannah come here!!! There's wild turkeys in the street

when i was little, i was convinced that it was pronounced "churkey" and i'd get really upset when people would try to tell me it was "turkey" with a 't'.
i would just yell and scream "no!! it's CHURKEY!!!!"
