America and Zhores are AWESOME, well other then when Zhores tries to prod the spots that America is really trying to avoid, but details!

Honestly Zhores doesn't mean it when he does things like that. He likes seeing America try and gloss over it on the fly, and he likes it when America drops the optimism and is dead serious (exception: when that dead serious is aimed at Zhores). Also strangely he's one of the countries that Zhores wants to spy on just for fun. He'd feel uneasy about doing it for Russia, but just as a person-country-watching exercise he enjoys it. While he certainly remembers the pants-wetting terror of cold war America, he's starting to think that it was just a phase for him and not this hidden yandere layer that's going to come out at any moment.

tl;dr WE'RE COOL.
