at the natural foods store, i bought this "lucid dreaming" tea. i couldn't resist! it's some little georgian bay company and the plant is "collected by canoe in the canadian wilderness" (i.e. at home it's probably growing in the ditches by the road...). we'll see if it works tonight, i've been seriously sleep-deprived though, maybe no dreams ( Read more... )

i've been sick for the past week (got sick again after that previous update) and finally things are looking up. knock on wood, i don't get sick very often, and i'm just not used to my body giving out on me like that. i'm used to making it do whatever i want it to do. my blood tests came back with various imbalances on them, so i have to be more ( Read more... )

fun-packed weekend. :)

went to see les miserables and the body worlds exhibit at the ontario science centre. these were both fantastic. i also went to a halloween party as absinthe, the green fairy. i got asked a lot if i was a butterfly or a pixie or a fairy - no one got the absinthe thing first try, which was a disappointment, but not a big one ( Read more... )
