Eventually, the LA branch of the Dollhouse severed ties with the rest of the organization and had become a safe house for former Actives. This is because the woman who ran the LA Dollhouse disagreed with Rossum's methods and what they are attempting to do.
By the year 2019, the world had erupted in chaos. At some point between 2010 and 2019, a phone call was made, worldwide and those who picked up the phone were imprinted.
