I don't think I like any of the canon pairings that much, honestly. Koei just... isn't great with making female characters I don't want to throttle. D|
Luckily, I like Noh and Nobunaga as much together as I do apart and frankly Oichi deserves Katsuie.

As far as I remember, they do have a couple of scenes together. In Samurai Warriors 1, on Oichi's good ending. In Samurai Warriors 2, on one of Akechi's cutscenes (you know, before Nagamasa slits his own throat), one in his own Story Mode, in the last campaign and in Samurai Warriors 3, in his own ending. Nothing too meaningful, unfortunately. (.__.)

But I did cut my teeth on LB/SSX, before SSX got genkified.

YES I MEAN I loved it in the novel, SSX was so kickass BUT DW6 RUINED IT FOR ME but it gave me Chao/Yun SO I FORGIVE IT ANYWAY

X_X I just realized I made it sound like some sort of SRS BSNSS and obviously it is not, I mean, wow. So err yes in case there is any doubt NO ONE LOVES YOU DW6 SSX YOU HORRIFYING FAIRYTHING and also I am not a mad shipper I really am not. Sob.

Lu Bu/Diao Chan is impossible to hate. They're perfect together and have the sweetest scenes in-game.

Nobunaga/Noh is pretty much amazing if we go by SW1 canon. Messed-up and hot, no question. xD
