this guy is a good writer. he explains quite effectively his positions even when i disagree I find it worthwhile.

That is one of the things I have always liked about him, he doesn't see dissagreement as some sort of personal attack...Unlike many that we find on the web.
I REALLY like some of his product reviews... *LOL* I actually own a Timber Pig {Spectreproducts.com} knife because of Elmore... And I can't say that I have been dissapointed at all.
