1. me too I watched it and my recollection of the book or the original radio broadcast doesn't even come close. It's just too hyped.

2. I was irritated with dakota. Cause I dunno if it was me kasi I seem to see her trying to get into trouble like... everytime!? I mean What is up with that running away from cruise and just standing dumbfounded while the tripod harvests you for human juice.

1. i agree. the best thing about the movie was the HYPE.

2. as i said to my brother, "hello?! if i were in tom's position with a daughter shrieking her way to kingdom come while i'm trying to save us all, fetangina naman baka iwanan ko na lang ang batang yan!"

Didn't enjoy the movie also...I mean, the Aliens have been planning their so-called "invasion" for, i dunno, basta for so long *bwehehehehe* and they didn't even consider the atmosphere on earth. Parang ganito yun eh --> ALIENS: "hey! let's invade this beautiful planet...we've been planning this for a long time now..Yipee, at last!" (then parang tinamaan sila ng sakit na "sipon") ALIENS: "aaaah! ano 'toooo? I'm dying!....ugh!" hahahahaha! sorry, ganun yun tingin ko sa movie bwhehehehe :P
