LOL I do love Sasha because he's so different from Plushy, I mean, they are both sublime in their own ways of skating so when I stan both I get the best of the both worlds :D I find Plushy to be more intense, deep and passionate...and Sasha is like cool balm, his skating soothes me, IDK.

Also he is one of the hottest manflesh Mother Russia has produced /shallowwithyou

Poor Sasha. He got so unlucky with injuries and then he just had to be at the height of his career right when Evgeni and Alexei started trying to rip each other apart.

I believe Sasha's edges and stroking technique were considered far superior to any of his contemporaries.

In terms of edges and fluidity Sasha is definitely my favourite ever, I don't think we'll see a skater like him in the near future :/ He skates like he has no actual weight <3 his skating is just magical, a very different magic from Zhenya's skating. Well what can I say, I'm a selfish slore, I want both of them. and he def deserved a more illustrious career than what he got. esp that euro 2002, gurrrrl

It's beautiful, light, unique, and his technique is superb! These jumps are equal to bb Plushy's jumps, which were sheer perfection.
