Long time no post, eh? Sorry about that. It's been hectic lately, and I also haven't felt as though I've had anything to post about that would be all that interesting. I've pretty much been buried in everything to do with my classes, which are going okay, but just stressful because there's a lot of work.
Things are moving along with that 15-20

And HELLOOOOOOOO I totally love the John Adams series! Although I've missed the most recent one. Yay for OnDemand! I agree with the observation of David Morse, although do keep in mind that he's got a fake schnoz on. :-) But I'm not sure if I like him as Washington, because David Morse creeps the shit out of me, and Washington is not supposed to be a creepy dude. I'm torn.
And I totally love you totally love the theme music, because I do too! I never thought I could geek out with someone else about that!

And gah, won't even touch the lack of reading. I still haven't fully recovered from when you told me that the journalism student proudly proclaimed that she doesn't read. Anything. Ever. I died that die. A little bit of me, Alissy. It's gone.
*LMAO* Alissy. Oh it's too much.

Gee, you didn't mention your professor's response about doing your paper "your way"--I'm glad she's being so understanding. I'm sure it helps that she can tell you do have a few thoughts in your head and aren't just trying to get out of writing as well as not reading!
Love the pictures: Chester and Nutmeg are characters! Give them both a hug for me.
And I agree about the J. Adams series. I was sitting there tonight thinking about how amazing it seemed to see Adams and Jefferson just walking down the street alone together in Philadelphia, talking, without a half billion Secret Service, police, and sharpshooters around; another half billion press and camera men following them and crowds of people trying to get them to shake hands. And Adams leaving Wa. DC on the open coach surrounded by ordinary people to go home to Plainfield after Jefferson won the election!! It is too bad that it can't be like that today. Politicians would have a better idea of what the ordinary citizen is really like if it was.
