First things first, I have to share that right now, I'm quite proud of myself.  I had my Intro. to Advertising class today, and we got our midterm exams back.

Guess who got an A?  20 out of 20, perfect score, baby!  :D

And apparently, I'm the only person in the class who got a 20/20.  My professor told me after class when most or all of the other ( Read more... )

You live such a sweet, enviable existence. :) Your niche looks so comfortable from here. Trade you?

I love you, poppy.

We could do like, home exchange or something, every now and then. ;D 'Cept what fun would it be if we weren't both in the same place!

I love when you call me 'poppy'. It makes me grin every time I see it.

I love you, too, Lily.

I see no snow. I am thus jealous.

I really enjoy these, muffin. Because this way I get to look at the photos now, and see the real thing in a few months ;)

I love your apartment building--they don't make 'em like that here. Though, your building is fairly old, so I imagine they don't make 'em like that nymore over there, either. ;)

Loves to you, suga!

Ah, no, we haven't had snow here for a while now. The temperature can't decide where it wants to be - it keeps going back and forth between a couple days here and there of nearly 70 degree weather, and then several days of 30-40 degree weather. Sometimes you'll have that range of temperatures in the same day, haha. Fun times. ;-P ( ... )

Actually, our building was built between about 1920 and 1930, so that would make it closer to 95 to 97 or so years old. They had some gas lights as well as some early electric lights in the apartments here, because electricity was just becoming more common. It was very expensive, however, so the only reason they had it in this building was these were their day's version of luxury apartments.
