You know, every time Third Eye Blind pops up on my iTunes -- which it does, quite frequently, because I'm so bad at downloading music I like, more inclined to hit the replay button on Youtube -- I totally get a nostalgic jolt/heart clinch of Sway and all things associated -- warm summer nights, shared novels, city sounds, stale taste of chocolate on your tongue, etcetc. -- but also, when I think of Sway, I think of that song by The Perishers, which lo and behold, expresses essentially the same message, Hanchul continuously underlying. I guess there's something about the word?

I've always adored your Amber so much, jesus christ. It should be interesting when f(x) comes back! She's such a fascinating case study, precisely because she is US -- the American girl, in this crazy, flashy, nothing is as it seems world. She's like, the eyepiece on the kaleidoscope. Man, I miss her (and you writing her).

And your Onew warms my heart. :( <3

I don't know when something like them's gonna come along and make me want to word vomit like that again. lot of mixed feelings last summer but writing for you was the best :) so excited for f(x)'s comeback! what does Amber even LOOK like now? I love your metaphors ;3; Onew has almost zero personality here. I didn't even get up to giving him one. :(

and there you go again, proving me wrong. i'm guessing that when amber says something about winning/losing on the beach, she's talking about how she'll lose CL either way, no matter who onew chooses? and of course she likes CL and doesn't give a shit about onew (as of yet, hopfully.)

thanks for having faith in me :((( granted, I didn't actually finish so your doubt was well-warranted... tbh I'm too scared to go back and reread that part, but when I got your comment I was like, automatic "yes!" because at least in my mind Amber could care less about Onew outside of what he means to CL. the only reason she even seems to go after him is because she feels CL drifting away and has the vague idea that possessing him would mean repossessing her [friendship]? sth like that.

Even though this isn't finished, I think it's so interesting...just the explorations into the characters and their relationship dynamics. I don't have anything useful to say, lol ;~; but I wanted to let you know I liked it!

you have this amazing ability of making me ship pairings that i wouldn't blink twice at solely through your writing. i mean, it just all boils down to your spectacular writing.

hana and alice! oh the heartache that movie gave me ;-; and i don't think i've ever seen that au done before in this fandom... i wouldn't have imagined cl/amber/onew either, but somehow it works and that's what i love about this fic/your writing :( you're one of the very few writers who could make me like a pairing/fandom idek about. but the best thing i like about this fic is the fact that while i do see the parallels to the movie (cl as hana?? i love how you've painted her insecurity!), you still manage to make this verse your own... lol i don't think i'm making myself very clear ;_; but basically i like the fact that you don't heavily borrow from the movie, as most people tend to do when they're writing movie/book aus. also i adore your writing so bad :( your endings are always perfect.

you've seen it! right?? starting from scratch I thought very carefully about who in kpop I could imagine as the respective characters and Onew seemed an obvious choice but the girls were a bit harder. I guess CL seemed to match Hana in the "I look tougher than I am" sense, but jflds part of the reason this all got so convoluted in my head was I no longer felt sure that she was CL and not being overtaken by Hana, ahaha -_- it's nice to hear that you thought the story managed to stand on its own though! and omg fjdslajf that wasn't even the real ending ;_; I wanted to end it with some CL/Amber but ... gave up haha
