Got back from Fernbank some hours back, and boy oh boy was there spammage. So much spammage that we only go to see *three* exhibition halls. But holy shit, is it just me or are some of these pics really nice?

Let's see... body was around $20, head was around $5, not gonna' bother figuring out shipping since I had other stuff in that order as well, hair was less than $7 for Jiri's hank and I only used around 1/16 of that to root him, so it was roughly $35 for the basic supplies. Of course I spend much of the past 2 days getting him done, since the hair order didn't arrive until last Monday and I wanted him done in time for today.

Hmmm, why do you ask....?

1/6 scale custom stuff really only starts costing hundreds when it's a really nice fullset (doll + clothes and accessories) or something else awesome done by someone fairly well established in the hobby community. By far the most expensive 1/6 custom thing I've seen is Serang's Dr. House, which is $900 and includes stuff he hand-sculpted from scratch and then hand-painted (like House's head, shoes, cane, sandwich, etc). Most other really nice fullsets I've seen don't involve custom sculpting anywhere near as much and are in the $150-$350 price range ( ... )

I'm really loving that shirt of his. I'm not usually a fan of dolls in any form, but these shots are pretty awesome. Jiri is so great, lol.

Yes, Z made that shirt and Jiri *had* to hijack it for the day. I want to make one as well since we still have a buttload of that silk brocade, but I dunno if I'll have the patience (took Z 2-3 days on and off to make).

Seriously?! Out of doll pics of Jiri pics in general...? Either way, daaamn! I guess I don't completely suck ass!

Also, I'm wanting to put 2-4 of the Jiri pics on dA. Which ones do you guys think I should pick?
