This actually is episode 3 in production order but it's being aired as episode 2.

Yup, I know but I tend to label things in production order/ how they're listed on other sites - which is why it's labeled Ep 3. (since the pilot was 1x01/1x02). :)

I'd guess whoever labeled the pilot as 1x01/1x02 is mistaken. According to NBC Universal, production 102 is being aired as episode 3. ;-)
