"Martha...was he looking?" Ouch. Poor Rose. Even with all he does to her, she still wants whatever bit of him she can have.

Great short!

I really like this story - it's very bittersweet, for both girls.

Thank you! Yeah, they both got the short stick, in a way.

I can't even...no words. Rose knowing he hadn't actually been looking is really heartbreaking but shows how much she really knows him, as much as it hurts. That last line though is powerful. Very very powerful.

Excellent story!

Oh, you're lovely! Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it.

That last bit...yeah. That scene in The Beast Below just gutted me, because I so wanted it to be about Rose, but of course it wasn't.

Whatever, I can pretend. Thanks again!

Ooo I loved this :)
I've always wondered what that trip back would of been like. and the tiny jack and rose interaction at the end was the best :D

Ohh, I love that icon! Yeah...Jack and Rose. I feel like we were robbed of more of that. Especially Jack and s4!Rose. Oh the possibilities...

Thank you so much, I'm glad you liked it! :)

Aww, I liked this a lot. I felt bad for Rose, but your Martha voice was so strong and steady and really shone through.

Oh, goodness, thank you! I haven't written Martha before, and I wasn't sure if I really had her down, so that means a lot.

Much appreciated. :)
