First one: They're a Broken, and a courtesan, and incredibly attractive, and the author sees nothing wrong with this, despite the Broken intentionally being not pretty. Deathy understands that there's always going to be a few people who are attracted to the different, but... he wouldn't think there would be sufficient to keep her in business. Plus her godmoding other players - "yes she's so gorgeous that you cannot look once - you will keep eyeing her". Deathy would beg to differ.
Second: Aryan blue eyes... and a gypsy. With Trollish tattoos, and a "Kalimdorian human".
Okay, on Rimsha: No. No no no. Broken are specifically described as not being pretty. To be Kurenai is not to be just slightly altered, but they suffered a massive mutation due to exposure to fel energies. And they are proud of having survived. Do you hear me, Rimsha? PROUD. As well they should be.
(However, when I first saw the name "Rimsha", the first thing that popped into my head was "Rimsala". I still remember Arcana; loved it.)
On the second: No. No no no. Aryans were not blue-eyed blonds. Also, "Hewis" makes me think of "Howlett", especially in light of the short-and-furry business.
(For those unaware, Wolverine was born "James Howlett".)
Oh but the female draenei associated with the Kurenai faction in-game are still using the hot-to-trot player draenei model; that means they must obviously not have suffered any mutation in lore!
Rather than, you know, Blizzard not having made a female version of the model. \o_o/
Funny enough, they started work on a female broken model and ditched work on it early on. Pretty much all you can see of the female broken model is that it's got female tauren proportions (much like the broken males borrow from male tauren) and distinct toes. So from what I can tell they were supposed to be lumpy little mutant women too. HAWT

Wow.
Deathy thinks Karkat Vantas sums it up.

Which is appropriate, as this must be some kind of joke.

That is it, shut down the comm, the server, and the internet. It'll never get worse than this.
All hyperbole aside, that is some seriously fucked up RSP action.
