Greetings fellow onlookers of the warcraftsues community, this is going to be my first sue post on the site, but what I found is some typical kawaii desu catgirl demon possession... Thingy... Or what I can clearly make out from it...

If KaKa is a play on caca we may be looking at a troll or someone who just doesn't know better.

Birthing chamber? Sounds more like experiment gone bad at the Sue-labs than possession.

I swear to god this was almost deja vu for me. First catgirl I ever saw in World of Warcraft was the very day after BC dropped. Logged into the game in Thunder Bluff, and bam, right in front of me RPing with a random tauren is a level 16 female belf paladin who's a "perky, robust" 14 year old catgirl created by a warlock. :|
