You might have noticed how I seem to post exclusively fanfiction.
This is partially because my male sibling of younger age is a computer-hog, and partially because WoW has spent the last month refusing to work and we're all too lazy to try and figure out how to fix it.

It's also because fanfiction is hilarious.

But we do need more fanfiction around here ^_^ Flags are just fine and the snarkers of those are all great, but it's fun to shake things up a bit more.

Hmm, the first one is clearly suffering from "I'm scared of fantasy, mommy!" syndrome where the story thinks it wants to go into the new, mystical world but gets lost and runs back home.

Oh, oh! Tear into the first one you linked to, haven't seen one of those in a while!

Alllrighty then, I'll peep at the first few chapters.

Okay, so there's this chick who goes to a shooting range with two guy friends, and there's this random blonde chick who works there and is all like, /designatedbitch so the MC shoots her in the face.
Which, you know, isn't a horrible violation of shooting range saftey regulations. Anyway, the ho had it coming. How dare she flirt with MC's dudefriends!!!1!!
Aaaaand then she shoots a target which randomly combusts. There must be a plotfairy nearby. And then the floor collapses for no good reason whatsoever. Look, if we're going to have a 'fell into Azeroth' story, then I expect there to be an actual REASON for the protagonists to, well... fall into Azeroth. It's not supposed to just happen! or happen at all, for that matter. CUT to a couple of Alliance guys herding Horde prisoners. Two of which are demon hunters, or something, I'm not sure. And they're all worried because the prisoners might not last the journey which raises the question of WHY IS A-SIDE KEEPING PRISONERS ALL OF THE ( ... )

Pffff! Well, at least it's more action packed than another fall-into-Azeroth-story I read a long while ago where the MC spent the entire first chapter playing WoW and describing that in detail. After calling her two guy friends nerds for playing it. Hm.

The first one give me flashbacks of my own Fell!Into!Azeroth! days. Oh, wait, no - I'm just smelling the litterbox.
