for your character, i'd say go for it. It's not going to be the only thing about them and from what it sounds like it'd be something people would have to play with to get rather than a blatant OMG LOOKITMEE.

And also! I play a character whom refuses to eat. It makes some situations more interesting. but it's best not to use the generic term for it. Just say they dislike eating / have problems with eating / whatever.

The downside to RPing a character like this is you are going to see, and argue with, people being negative toward you and your character as a result. It's entirely up to you whether or not you feel like you're in a good enough headspace to potentially deal with people trolling your character not knowing you yourself have anorexia.

If someone's character goes 'haha you have anorexia' ic how well would you take it? Really depends on how you're feeling I'd guess.

This seductress seems like she would annoy me. Like my characters would all be inspired to punch her in the face and say "Go away."

As far as your character idea, I see no problem with it, assuming you handle it delicately (which I'm sure you will). And as long as it's not done as a ploy for attention and is done realistically, which again, you sound like you're doing well.
