Outside of the lore logic failing, the fact that she describes herself as having 'cerulean' skin in one paragraph and then has it as 'pale' the next paragraph down makes no sense, because cerulean is not a pale blue at all :x

Wait, you really expected them to know what actual color cerulean/azure/chartreuse/jade/emerald/crimson/obsidian/etc is?

Yes yes I now I know. I know. Purple prose doesn't mean you actually know about the colors you're describing >.> silly me!

So she's a succubus disguised as a draenei (PALADIN NO LESS) ... with the voice of Megara from the Disney version of Hercules while looking like the chick who played Chunners in the new Street Fighter Chun Li movie. All while basing her idea from an incidental character used for the old Legendary hunter bow from classic.

My god, it's like she's never had an original thought in her entire life.

...hwuhhhh? In my senile confusion (I'm not getting any younger, you know ... thank god), I realized we already had a tag for failadins, which, while prevalent, doesn't fit in with our magical "not a-" something conventions.

Good news deja vu, everyone! We've now got a "not a paladin" tag. Please see my previous statement on its uses. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to my lab to invent disposable toilet-tissue lab coats.

This is one of those things that could, in theory, work if it had someone decent at the wheel.

For it to work, there should be zero mention of what she really is ANYWHERE in her profile; mention that something seems 'off' somehow, but stop with the "*PSSST* SHE'S REALLY A SUCCUBUS!" hints. That just, honestly, takes away all of the mystery and any reason to really want to get to know her unless you're on the same level of impatient when it comes to RP.

The best demons in disguise are never known to BE demons.
They wouldn't be plotting, in their native tongue, in public, in Stormwind, in a BAR. They'd be trying to pass themselves off as whatever they were disguised at to avoid detection and, at best exile, at worst execution.

The idea at its base level could work, but the execution for it is just not there ( ... )

There is that Sal'salabim non-Legion dude in Shattrah in a bar that's...Allowed there for some reason however I think think the concept of loldemun is stupid anyways.

In Sal'salabim's case, I think that's more for game/quest mechanics than anything else. He's also a pretty blatant reference to Johnny Quest and Hadji's "Sim Sim Salabim!" thing. Just one of those things I sorta take with a grain of salt, like Adam Eternium et al, and that Redridge is a delightful reference to Rambo.

I agree that playing a secret demon is pretty dumb anyway. I mean if you're proclaiming that you're a demon, and like Miss Naz up there mentions, have severed ties to the Alliance and has her demonic side "running rampant" ... why the fuck are you standing in the middle of Stormwind with your thumb up your ass going "WALK UP RP WIFF THE RANDOM UNBOUND SUCCUBUS IS ENCOURAGED PLZ ... ANYONE? RP? I'M A FUCKING DEMON (and you're gonna have him assault me with a putter?)!"

Yeah, I always figured the reason he was 'safe' was due to Shattrah's continuing status as a sanctuary city coupled with the fact that the Legion has just kind of moved on and left Draenor to just die on its own.

Also, game mechanics. ;)
