So these are the promise rings I've been looking at. I've narrowed it down to these. I'm flexible, though. Blaine, I'll need you to sneak into her room and tell me her ring size. Please, tell me what you think? I'm also open to other ideas as well.

May I be frank? Thank you.

I'm aware that different people view promise rings differently. And I am happy to accept that I treat mine with more love and care than many people would. To me, it shows as important a milestone in my relationship as the engagement and wedding rings will do, in the future. It's a ring that I wear every day, and even once I do have an engagement and wedding ring to wear, I shall keep on wearing my promise ring too.

All the rings you've linked me to are beautiful, no doubt about it, but they're all very... 'special occasion'. I can't imagine Sierra wearing any of them on a daily basis for the rest of her life. Now, maybe that's just me. Blaine's probably the better person to ask as to whether Sierra would even consider wearing it all the time. You've seen mine, it's a plain silver band. It's got an inscription on the inside from Blaine. Now I'm not saying that one way's better than the other, I just think we need to consider how this ring is going to be used in the future.

I've never done this before. I googled promise rings and they all said that the ring has to be like a pre-engagement ring. I... I wanted to do something simpler, but... I didn't know what Sierra would want.

No, no, I think it's a wonderful idea! Sorry, I didn't meant to put a dampener on anything. Just that we need to be sure that the ring suits the purpose.

And I've finally got inspiration for what to get Blaine for his birthday, if nothing else!

I agree with Kurt. As always, he is the consummate knower of all things related to fashion, and I am so very glad he liked my promise ring, I must have looked at hundreds before deciding. That being said, my two cents for a beautiful promise ring is this ring, it's simple and romantic and has her birthstone.

As far as diamonds, or an engagement ring, I'd get Sierra something from the Disney Princess collection. Probably Belle. We watched a lot of these movies growing up and it's our go to movies for snuggling. But that could just be me and Sierra and I am not marrying my twin. :P

Thank you so much. I... She is your sister, after all. I just want to do something beautiful by her. I looked at so many rings online, but I was so confused. I've never been with someone enough that I even wanted to do this. I just want her to be happy, you know? I... I don't know the first thing about picking a ring.

I like the Belle ring. I like it a lot. It's beautiful, yet very classic. I probably should talk about this with her, maybe let her pick out her own ring, but... I want to be traditional. I want to do something special for her. And I know that there's no hurry, I just want to let her know that I care. That I want to be the one for her like she is for me.
