It was a long day of traveling, but I made it home. Culture shock is coming and going, but being at LAX really shook me up. People there are just...rude. I had a series of unfortunate events and the one good thing that happened to me there was when a man lent me money for a bottle of water after the vending machine ate my money. (ToT) Oh, and then

I'm glad you made it back safely! I've only been to LAX once and I hated it, but I think my worst experience with culture shock at an airport has to be the ATL (Atlanta) airport. The workers there are SO rude. I'm bypassing ATL altogether this time around because it's cheaper to fly into Birmingham than it is to fly into Atlanta coming from Europe.

Geesh, that blows D: I'll keep that in mind when I fly!! I'll be going to Florida in a couple of weeks but I forget if I have any connecting flights...hmmm.
