It's interesting that they're having role switches for Sir John and Jackie, but not for Bill and Sally. In any case, I'm glad that so many underclassmen are getting a chance to perform in the shinko and hopefully this will mean less cuts.
And yes, I want pictures too. Names are kind of cool, but it doesn't mean a lot without being able to match them to faces. Did everyone graduate this year?
About the hatsubutaisei graduating: ah! I don't know! Because I don't know how many were accepted originally... But maybe someone else knows... (I know Jen was keeping track of a 94th too.) Anyway, you're the one in Japan... If there's a bunkasai program that comes out, or pictures in Kageki, you have to let us know immediately! <3
Er, usually when it's a two-act musical there are cuts to the score, dialogue, etc., right? I was under the impression this was so that the shinko cast wouldn't have to go crazy trying to learn both acts. However, if there is a separate cast for each act (or at least for some roles), then they could still perform the whole show.
I'll definitely keep a look out for a bunkasai program. I haven't seen anything on the QR calendar, so maybe it'll be in March?
Oh! Cuts to the musical! I get it! *slow* Gah, maybe you're right and they will perform both acts! :O
(By the way, *I* was under the impression that there were cuts to two-act plays so the audience wouldn't have to sit through all the babyness for over two hours. :P I mean, I don't know WHY anyone would NOT want to, but that was my theory.)
Eh, I don't know if it's "off", but maybe it's not as sure of a thing as we may have thought.
It'll probably be stressful for her, but at the same time it's a really great opportunity for her to get exposure. Assuming she remains an otokoyaku, I wouldn't be surprised if she leapfrogs the way Chie did.
It does look like Mirio is doing the leapfrog... I mean, I wondered with Yuuhi gone how the rankings in Tsukigumi might change... But it makes me a little sad, mostly for Masaki. :( No passing over the 10,000-watt smile!
Wow! Congrats to Mirio! That girl must be kicking butt these days to be this promoted! ^^ I'm happy for her. I don't know much about Shizuku, but "Shizuku" is a really cute name, sounds serene. ^^
I am sorry...I was completely overwhelmed recently and have not be loyal in keeping up to date with posts - what is this about "Boxman post still coming up?"
