Although I agree that Hankyu has pretty much flunked a whole generation of musumeyaku, I just have to say that I do think it's better for Kimu to start out with varying partners, than for the company to pair her up with someone that would not make a good fit. Kimu does fit a lot of partners, I've said this before, but a good fit is more than just being given time to build up a combi, isn't it? It's about chemistry as well - not to speak of context. As such, I do think doing it this way (since, to me, it seems rather evident that they are trying to buy time to decide on a final partner for her and thus not necessarily repeating Asa's situation after Mihoko), is less of an insult to her than simply pairing her up with Ami right away because god damn it now Hankyu wants this girl promoted and out there.

And that's where my argument begins and ends. It's not that I don't care about Kimu. I want her to have a good partner. But after Mika's retirement announcement I knew that I wouldn't be happy whatever the outcome.
