Masaki nibante it is, then. I tried to deny it for a long time even though I could see all signs pointing that way.

What brought you to this realization?
Is really anyone else, who is a possible candidate, doing something else when Pimpernel starts?

(It's not that I wouldn't think Masaki nibante would be awesome. But after all there are still a few older actresses who might rather be chosen, and becoming a nibante is rather unlikely at that age, especially with such a big age gap to your top star [well, okay, as long as you are not Chie or Kaname])

Micchan was (as far as I can figure out) the last possible candidate other than Masaki to have not already been placed in a spring show that would conflict with Pimpernel rehearsals.

Now that she's out of the running, my reaction is pretty much the same as Julie's.

Yeah. Anyone in Soragumi wouldn't have enough time after Shangri-La.

Anyone in Hoshigumi would have less than a month, which is pretty demanding.

Anyone in Yukigumi would have to be pulled out of Tokyo Solferino.

Everyone in Hanagumi has been announced for Gubijin.

Anyone else in Tsukigumi is laughably unlikely.

Hm... I guess we have to go with the usual strategy then and just wait. :P
There will be a press conceference soo anyway, won't it?
And usually a few more line up announcements go up around December 27th.

No matter what, I hope we can keep Kimu, and the only other person I could imagine to be pulled out of Yukigumi (in Terms of age and stuff) is Chigi. And in that case, Masaki would have the better chances.
If Kimu should be pulled out, then Yukigumi would also need another heir for Yumiko. Hm.
While in Hoshigumi, it would be either Toyoko (who is rather unlikely, I guess) or Tomomin (again, same class as Masaki).
I think I see better now why you say it's most likely going to be Masaki.

I have to admit, I would probably have prefered one of the older otokoyaku from Soragumi or Hanagumi to be given another chance, but still...
if it's Masaki, it's Masaki, and then I will be happy about Masaki. :)

Edit:Just for being silly ( ... )
