I was awake at 6:45AM this morning, because that's when I got a club mail saying iri standby had changed from 9:20AM to 8:45AM

Dude. Sleep is more important than fandom. D: If you don't catch up on rest, you're likely to come down with something again.

If you need to sleep, and you're already seeing buyoukai, it doesn't sound like you should go. There's still a chance they'll continue to be out long enough for you to see the alt cast anyway; everyone else was out at least a few days.

I would also say not to push yourself. In between the buyokai and Alice's ochakai, you have a really busy couple of days ahead of you. I would give yourself some slack so you can sleep and enjoy the next few days <3
