I have been watching Planet Earth on bluray with my parents (which is UH MAZE ING, btw) but, well, you know me and my 'everything is an AU fic just waiting to happen' goggles. Things, inevitably, have happened.

A few years ago, I was in this hostel in Selcuk, Turkey for a few days, and one of the other guests had the DVD set of Planet Earth. Every night, he would put it in the DVD player in the hostel's living room, and all the guests would sit around and watch it together.

It was awesome and kind of hilarious. Everyone loves Planet Earth!
