Dean blinked at him. "What?"

Sam sighed. "I just. My stomach hurts."

Dean stared at him. "Why on god's green earth would something I ate make your stomach hurt?"

Sam bit his lip. He'd been pretty sure that that was a stupid question, soul or not, but it was worth a shot. "I don't know! I just - whenever I get too close to you I start feeling all - odd. My stomach hurts and I can't get my breath. It's really annoying me." And interfering with my ability to kill things successfully, he thought, but didn't say, as he was pretty sure that was the wrong thing to say to Dean.
