Seriously, I can't help but think about WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN and it depresses me every time I do a;dlkfas;ldkhglksdfh IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOOOOOO SO AMAZING sobbbbb.

I'm trying not to set myself up for disappointment re: season six. I mean, who the fuck am I kidding, I'm going to watch it, and I'll continue to watch this show until the final episode. But ugh if they go with the "Lisa&Ben are in peril and Dean&Sam must ~save~ them!" route for the main story arc of S6 I am going to be SO FUCKING PISSED.

Let's face it tho, Lisa's probably gonna die :| (OH SHOW you have made me so cynical.)

... Oh whoops I didn't mean to piss all over your S6 enthusiasm /o\ I AM ACTUALLY CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC...?! I'm trying NOT to be cause I feel like it'll just be asking for a let-down, but I can't help itttt. They promise a return to S1&2 and that's ALL I'VE EVER WANTED ;_;

GOD IKR. IKKKK D: I am so convinced that it's all the fucking Writer's Strike's fault. Which fills me full of conflict, because I supported the Writer's Strike and I still do, but at the same time... whyyyyyyy the planned storyline could have been so goooood D:

Ahahahaa there have been SO MANY TIMES over the past two years when I've been about ready to just take all my toys and go home. I reckon there would have to be some truly epic fail to drive me away from S6. I really really hope they don't go with the Lisa&Ben In Distress plot, though... I like to think they'll be searching for God (so that whole S5 dropped plotline won't be a total waste of fucking space) and then they'll FUCK HIS SHIT UP.

Hahahaha noooo it's okay. My enthusiasm is very cautious indeed. But even the cautiousness is more positive than I've felt about the show in idek how long.

I understand that the Writers' Strike caused unexpected complications, but what I DO NOT GET is why the show didn't just pick up where S3 left off? :( Even if they had intended for Sam to save Dean from going to Hell and turning ~evil in the process, the only change they'd have to make is to have Sam RETRIEVE Dean from Hell (and turn ~evil in the process). This would have been even MORE dramatic and affecting, since Dean would have experienced Hell and Sam would have experienced Life Without Dean (which is his own Hell). ... Ugh okay I need to stop thinking about it lol. Seriously it just. It makes me SO SAD/ANGRY/FULL OF DESPAAAAIR ( ... )
