AND LAST NIGHT I DREAMT DEAN GOT HIMSELF INTO A COMA SOMEHOW AND IT DROVE SAM COMPLETELY CRAZY AND DELUSIONAL. HE WAS ALL HEARING VOICES AND HALLUCINATING ANTHROS. (YEAH OKAY THE ANTHROS THING WAS A BIT WEIRD, BUT THEY WERE ANTHROS TELLING HIM TO DO CREEPY THINGS

My first thought was of a fanfic for a different fandom went something like this.

Character A (Dean, here) got hit with a Plot Stick and fell into a coma. Character B (now Sam) spent 96 hours holding vigil by his bedside and talking and raving and begging and gradually convincing himself that Sex Is The Answer. And having way too many disturbing thoughts about Dean being asleep and not being able to say no. So maybe Sam crawled into the bed and humped coma!Dean a little, so what? It wasn't penetrative. (And then I squicked out and abandoned the reading.)
