Sorry things are depressing now. I've also been having a not-great time for the past few weeks.
I'm trying to decide if I want to get into Hannibal. I liked the first two books, and the Silence of the Lambs movies, and read the other two books out of a sort of grudging completionism. I may see if I can track down the TV show if it's on iTunes. (I have to buy nearly all series I watch, aside from that weirdly ridiculous Davinci thing - I'm not entirely sure what happened in that, but there was Dracula, bat-bombs, a surprisingly ungay episode about Leonardo Davinci's sodomy trial, and a giant sky projector showing what seemed to be some guy's ass.)

I keep wavering back and forth so hard on this aaaaaah. The MA I wanna do is Victorian studies which could be such an impractical waste of time OR could open new and exciting doors to me? About a billion pros and cons /o\ But there is a postgrad open evening in November so I can go to that and find out more about how people actually pay for these things oh god.

Haha, I see all the Teen Wolf fandom things and people flailing and yelling and complaining and all I can think is "Is this what Supernatural fandom looks like to outsiders?" because HOLY CRAP TW fandom is pretty insane.
WILL GRAHAM'S LIFE IS SO TRAGIC LOL. I love that Hannibal fandom is all sunshine and rainbows about SUCH A GODDAMN DEPRESSING SHOW that i guess eventually i will like, watch more episodes of.
PLEASE WRITE POST-STID FIC THERE IS NOT ENOUGH OF IT IN THE WORLD.

Hahaaaaa, oh man, probably. I guess the D/C side of things certainly has a lot in common with TW when it comes to DELUSIONS OF SHIP CANON. But at least SPN came into its madness slowly, it's been around long enough to be pretty mad by now. Whereas TW was like, completely dead and tiny for S1 and then SUDDENLY...!
You should definitely watch more. I LOVE WILL'S TRAGEDY AND WANT IT TO BECOME EVEN MORE TRAGIC. Hannibal fandom is such sunshine, whilst I am sitting in the dark corner rubbing my hands together whispering yes, yes, everything will be dreadful.
