Our VP asked that cubicles be reconfigured to increase collaboration, but then left the specifics up to the self-organizing bureaucracy that exists below him. The result has been nonsensical arrangements that do nothing to further cross-team collaboration but obliterate all privacy for those unlucky enough to be sentenced to a four-person collab
