Issued parking stickers, threatening to tow anyone without. No clear details on provisions for visitor parking (if any) at this point, nor any indication of what time towing begins.

Previous discussions, though, centered around each resident only being provided a single visitor parking placard and towing being enforced sometime between 9 and 11 pm, which makes even my weekly Tuesday RPG impossible, let alone poker.

I have to get my letter-writing campaign on tomorrow, for whatever good that will do.
