You know, I'm pleased to say I find everything you write eminently readable. How cool is that? But then I try and stop myself from giving advice for all sorts of mundanities, because most of the time the only authority I have is one of 10,000 miles of remove from the situation.
Oh, and that we seem to share being young, bearded, gay roleplayers. Which, to be honest, is a subgroup I'm beginning to suspect houses very, very few people.
Aaanyway, I don't like burdening others with my mobile conversations, plus the background noise usually gets to me, so I try to always be alone and somewhere reasonably quiet when talking to someone. As for the phone cutting out, though - isn't it annoying? Even if you're not saying anything important, even if you've practically said goodbye already, there's still the abruptness that makes the redial a desperate need. Nothing like a thwarted reconnection attempt to make overanalysing the last few sentences priority.
