I'm not familiar with your history regarding your joints, but my mother is a holistic doctor and always recommends high doses of vitamin D to reduce inflammation that causes joint pain. Just thought I'd pass it along in case it resonated with you :)

Also: Taurus horoscope ftw! I wonder where the tradition of referring to our favorite astrologer as "Uncle Rob" came from? I do it myself, and I have no idea why!

I don't remember rightly where I started it either, but it was many, many, many years ago. And it's kind of interesting to see that it really is around everywhere with pretty much everyone using it who has been calling him it too. Like it was a whisper that slipped into all our ears.
