I'm really liking how open the first few chapters are. It's at once erudite, highly researched, and open to personal interpretation. It ( Read more... )

I'm very much enjoying it. I'm at a huge lack for religious books (and all books for that matter) due to my current life choices/where I'm living for a year, so getting this book in my box was amazing.

After today's work with it, and the huge amount of pages I wrote, I'm really looking forward to working through the book. I already wish I had a home printer (or it was tomorrow at the school) so I could be working out some art project stuff for my Maiden art page. Patience does not get the best of me when I'm suddenly inspired.

So far so good, I didn't know about the book before it arrived to me. It was a random gift in a Gifting Swap, but I'll keep everyone detailed I think of how it goes.

That book sounds really interesting! I love it when books include journal work! :)

Me, too!

Personally it's really hitting me really hard that I can't build altars for my chapters, or pretty much at all. But it's one of the many smaller sacrifices I had to make for this year abroad, so I am trying to make the best of it. Hopefully journaling more, with art and challenges, will fill the place in it for a while.
