The Time Warner repair man just came back for the second time. The story so far. It was installed on Thursday morning and I was told it would work in thirty minutes because of a running backlog of modems being turned on. Friday morning it finally worked for the first time. I work for TWC tech support- what's the modem doing again? you should have my cel, or access to it, call and I will help if I can.

It's not having any problems this time yet, but I'll keep you in mind if it does it again. The other three times it just turned on for twenty minutes and suddenly turned off. I'm on my second new modem box now. And this one's a big one.

Thats the annoying thing about Time Warner. They're great to have...when they're working. They just get all sorts of delays and kinks in getting the working to START in the first place.

Like when we got digital phone. It took a couple of weeks before we had steady service, which was hella annoying.

Don't even get me started on the cable in my bedroom LOL.

I'm just greatful it finally is working and has stayed working this whole afternoon. I'm so greatful to have internet and even made it fit into a bookcase so the modem doesn't look too out of palce (except for the long chord at the moment).

Omg! Eryn! We figured out a way to make the livingroom work right! It's so perfectly right now that it makes me giddy and I've spent the last few hours just sitting on my couch being here.

I so can't wait to show this off to people. It's even somewhere between 3/5's and 4/5's unpacked, depending on where I look and whats fesible this weekend.
