First off, *hugs* I know what you mean about parents.
With nightmares...ugh, yeah, I've been having some horrible ones. Get your bed all set up with blanket, fan, glass of water, whatever you need. Awhile before bed, do your best to avoid anything stressful. Take a shower, have a cup of tea, listen to your favorite songs, stuff like that. All the worries can wait until the morning, there's nothing you can do right then.
Do you have the issue of 'Prevention' that Lisa is on? She's on the cover in a purple shirt and white shorts and there are some pics inside and interview. My mom has a subscription and I just noticed there was an issue with her on :)
