I figure amongst their own, the Turks are just like any normal group of odd-ball, adrenaline-soaked, smart, and assassin-like folk.

Its just around stangers that they clam up and go all loomy and stuff.

Kinda like that group of guys at work that have been in the same office forever. Only with more guns and danger and stuff.

Oh they're all that and more. After all, they've gotta be at least a little off-kilter to survive all that killing and paranoia. Kinda like Naruto!Jounin. The crazier they are/act, the more powerful/stronger they are.
