I know. I will never get it. Why, WHY even have them? They are ill kempt... Personally I feel that if we have a pet it's family, it lives with us. But I've known people have mostly outdoor dogs and take amazing care of them. This shit just makes me sick. Maybe my carnivorous ass should actually call PETA.
