Loved how the knights took care of them both, bringing them hot food and something to wash with and other things...:D But I loved most that Merlin was so worried about Arthur and they all ended up together!

Idek why, but this harkens back to my favorite old-school Harry Potter style character studies...somehow. I DON'T EVEN KNOW, but I love it. There's just something wonderfully familiar about it and yet completely fresh at the same time.

I love the combo of Leon/Percival making Arthur relatively smaller by comparison (helloooo size!kink) and how taken care of he is. I love that Elyan is so observant and Leon is so (UNF GODDAMN) official-pants with his demands of the kitchen and his posset and winning the argument with Percival about wine v. almond milk (lol).

And then flip the coin to Lancelot/Merlin/Gwaine, and a million points to Gryffindor for managing to make me give two figs about Lancelot in a sexy story, cause that's certainly never happened before (not a fan, me, though I do like Santiago). The detail about Merlin being insatiable when he's safe is SO DELICIOUS I can't even. CAN'T EVEN. I want all the implied offshoots of that one thought, ALL OF THEM
