its so annoying...Im not saying Im prefect..I may have not credited correctly in the past...but I always try to give credit for icons I snagg...guh!

Yeah, I always do, too. And if I don't know who made it, I usually put "if you made it, tell me" or something like that.

It would bother me too. I mean it can happen, that you saved an icon and simlpy really don'T remember who made it (even though usually when I don't upload them immediately I put the name of the maker in the filename to remember) but then you could at least put in the keywords/credits "can't remember, if you made it let me know" or sth like that.

Not dumb, completely understandable. I've stumbled on a few of mine on deviantart that people have posted as their own work. Really frustrating, because I know they are mine, but I can't find where I posted them online to prove they are mine.
