I've lost a total of 25lbs since I've started working out. 25lbs in 2 months isn't too shabby. I've lost 14lbs of it in the past 3 weeks. It really started working for me when I started eating six small meals a day and counting calories as well as exercising regularly. My goal is to lose at least 70 lbs by the end of this year.
