Bid here for lavvyan lavvyan January 12 2011, 18:03:30 UTC
Fandoms: Stargate Atlantis, Sherlock Holmes (Canon, Granada, 2009 movie, 2010 BBC series), Discworld (not Tiffany Aching), Dresden Files. You can PM me to inquire about other fandoms, but please make sure I can write what you want before you bid.
Pairings: If you can think of it, I can probably write it.
Requirements: You get 100 words for $1AUD donated to the RSPCA Queensland Flood Appeal or a similar organisation that focuses on animal rescue and shelter. 3500 words maximum, top three bidders get between one and three stories, depending on the amount donated. If you end up giving more than $35AUD, I'm sure we can work something out, though if you know my work at all you know I'm not a writer of epics.

McShep, non-SGA AU, happy ending, any rating, no gender benders. With cat, a bonus! Beyond that, your choice, as I lurve your writing. Take all the time you need. :-) GLOMP!!!

That's really very vague, you know. Any particular genre? :>

Heh, yeah it is a bit vague . . . :::blush::: but I like your mind lots and all your AUs, so really anything works. I like historical, vampires, pirates, modern, Jaffa, possessive/protective John, musician Rodney. Not totally keen on kidfics but as long as they aren't the main focus I'm good. Not keen on cross dressing either. If this is still too vague :) I can be more specific but don't want to inhibit the creative process!

Was that still too vague?

(Ambiguity: What happens in vagueness stays in vagueness)

No, no, that's fine, sorry. I revived an old project that fit the criteria. Um, sort of. There's an Atlantis, but no SGC, and instead of a cat you'll get an octopus. I, uh, hope that's okay?

The story's long, in any case, so that's something at least. It'll take a few months writing/being beta-read, though, especially since I'm going to write the single Sherlock prompt that came from this auction first. I'm bad at fandom back-and-forth-ing.
