I've been looking for an event like this but didn't seem to be able to find one - thanks so much for doing this! I'm down in NSW, close to Sydney so I'm in no danger, but I have so many friends and family up in QLD.
I'm also an animal lover who gets a little teary everytime she hears that the RSPCA is up there in the shelters, looking after people's animals. ^^;
Inititally, they told everyone to leave their animals at home and save themselves, and I was an absolute wreck when I heard that D:

Pairings: Damon/Elena, Caroline/Matt. // Peter/Claire. Claire/Anyone, pretty much. But no Gretchen :/
Requirements: Every $1AUD will get you 100 words. As a whole, you will also receive some nice graphics and a playlist to go along with your fic :D
Note: I will write pretty much anything. Fluff, violence, smut, drama, crack!fic - give me a storyline and I will make it work.
