Some things that have already come up:
1. Making donations from outside Australia. Before the auction ends, I'll post a list of suitable donation sites/organisations... Winning bidders will have a few to choose from that are accessible both nationally (within Australia) and internationally for those of you awesome people on the other side of the globe.
2. AUTHORS: When do I write the fic? I will seek confirmation of payment from your winning bidder via email. Once I have that I'll let you know and you can get writing...
3. BIDDERS: When do I make the payment? Once I've confirmed with you that you were the highest bidder, you can make your donation. You'll then need to email me confirmation of your donation and then I'll contact your author and let them know. Once you've made your donation you can also contact your author yourself to make arrangements for

Hi! A friend brought up that neither of the donation links have a paypal option, which a fair few LJ users are limited to. Is it at all possible to add another donation site that does allow for paypal payments?

What about art offerings? I do write fic, but I have also started to make icons etc so I am happy to offer my services, such as they are, to making people icons if they want.

Would you be opposed to me posting a link back here on Tumblr? Someone might have already done it, but if not, I'd be glad to. It might go a long way toward getting even more attention for the fundraiser. If you'd rather I didn't, it's fine, but I thought I'd ask.

Wouldn't this be eaiser with a website or at least it's own LJ to help keep everything straight?
I can't even begin to weed through all of this - esp given the sight issues the LJ it's on creates. (Small font, gray on white ect... hard on old eyes.)

No doubt!!! Haha! I originally started this thinking it'd just be me and my greys anatomy buddies bidding on each other, but it's taken on a whole life of its own and now has a team of people organising it! Haha!
Someone else has established a community in the last day or so if you'd rather go there (I'm not sure of the address)... but here? We're just making do with what we've got!
