I absolutely agree that Kalinda's investigative approach was uh circuitous to say the least! But look at it this way, why legitimately follow up on the tap when you can sleep with Cary instead? I mean, sure, it gleans virtually no useful info but there is THE SLEEPING WITH CARY!!
I am equally lost about Kalinda atm which, frankly, sucks because she was my major draw to the show in the beginning.

And yep, Kalinda was initially my intro into the show, but Cary wormed his way into my heart and is now numero uno (with Robyn probably sitting in second because ♥).
Teen Wolf was SO EPIC!!!! Seriously the girl who knew too much - just Lydia and ALL things!!! Peter/Lydia. Stiles/Scott/ Scott/Lydia. Allison/Weapons/Kira <3 This ep was just one top of EVERYTHING <3
