ORPHAN BLACK. I am really enjoying it! Am a few episodes behind (only up to four or five I think), but what I've seen has been top-notch. What are your thoughts, please?
OH! I don't want to spoil you but OMG YOU NEED TO CATCH UP FOR ~VERY ~SPECIFIC ~REASONS that we need to LOLOLOLFOREVER about!! HURRY HURRY HURRY AND THEN COME STRAIGHT BACK HERE!!
In other thoughts, I think it's fabulous! I think Tatiana (the lead actress) is a freaking genius!! I love the storyline so much I'm able to suspend disbelief for the small semi-eyeroll-y moments that occur every now and then and generally just enjoy it for what it is!!
I love Sarah the most as a character, and I'm completely intrigued by Paul (but more on that when you're caught up). Oh, and Felix is the bee's knees!

And Felix most definitely has the BEST LINES EVERRRRR!! The most recent episode is a classic for him!
BUT... the ~thing that we need to LOL about? COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO BOTH OF THEM! You definitely need to catch up stat., becuase you're likely the only person on my flist who will notice and/or care about this particular thing!! [besides catteo and I've already discussed it with her!]
Also, I have recently watched the whole of season one New Girl! You (and the rest of my flist pretty much!) are correct in that it is basically free of flaws!! Schmidt is my hero. The end.
My feelings about The Killing are complicated. Loved it, hated it, liked it, was bored with it, rolled my eyes at it but throughout it all, loved the characters. I was pleasantly surprised by the return of The Killing.
I'm hopeful that the writers will do justice to Linden and Holder. I haven't looked at any spoilerish stuff so I'm not sure if any other characters are returning. That's sad but as long as Linden and Holder are there, I'll watch.
I loved, loved, loved every single second of The Killing and while I guess I'm kinda in the minority with that opinion, as far as my flist goes, overwhelming YESSSS was definitely the 'theme' so I wasn't at all exposed to any negativity as it was airing which was freaking awesome! We all (well, there was about four of us actually watching!!) pretty much just held hands and rejoiced in the flaw-free nature of it all! Haha!
The pilot episode and the season two finale are right up there with Fly and the BrBa pilot as the finest examples of dramatic television I've personally ever seen. HOLY COWABUNGA! That finale in particular? EVERYTHING I NEVER EVEN KNEW I WANTED UNTIL MY EYEBALLS WERE FEASTING ON IT! Jamie and Rosie and just... ALL OF IT! Gah. I think I need to re-watch it actually!

Okay, so, last episode. As I mentioned above, I'm so in love with this show that I can totally suspend disbelief at the more eye-roll inducing moments when I need to, though, I kinda got the impression (and maybe this is just me being a bit too fanwanky but I am fine with that!) that the whole point of the most recent episode was that it was ridiculous? I mean, they really went ALL OUT with the OTTness that I really can't see how they could have intended anything else with it. And I am more than happy to have this as my own personal head-canon even if no-one else agrees with me! This position is totally helped by the appearance of one of my favourite Canadian actors in a role that is/was (hopefully is!!) the complete antithesis of the one for which I fell in love with him. His (Eric Johnson's) character was so completely ridiculous in the context of the character I mostly know him for (from Rookie
